I am a Usui Reiki Master Energy Healer, Spiritual Guide, and Self-Love Coach.
Most importantly, I am a student in life.
My lifelong passion for learning and personal experiences has naturally led me to energy work and spiritual healing. I believe in sharing what I’ve learned to empower others on their own path. My work focuses on healing the mind, body and spirit as one - because true transformation happens when we look within.
I’m deeply passionate about the Law of Attraction, manifestation, meditation, inner child healing, astrology, and yoga. These practices have not only changed my life, but they continue to guide my work with clients every day. I incorporate these into my teachings. At the heart of everything I do is a simple, soul-deep truth: there is a light within each of us. That light is your power, your truth, and your connection to something greater.
‘The Light Within’ was born from my desire to help others remember who they are - because we are all spiritual beings having a human experience, awakening to that truth can be the beginning of everything.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support balance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
As a certified Usui Reiki Master, I work intuitively to guide this energy where it’s needed most - whether that’s soothing stress, clearing stagnant energy, or rebalancing the nervous system. Reiki does not force or diagnose; it meets you exactly where you are, helping to restore your body’s natural ability to heal.
As someone who’s walked through my own deep healing, I hold space without judgment and with full compassion. You don’t need to show up as anything other than exactly who you are. Whether you’re moving through grief, burnout, physical illness, or simply seeking to feel more connected and whole, Reiki offers a soft space to come back to yourself.
